Transaction Coordination

1. Pre-Contract Setup
Receive the executed contract, collect contacts, open the file, and create deadline calendars.
2. During Transaction
Coordinate earnest money, inspections, appraisal, financing, title work, and weekly updates.
3. Closing
Schedule closing, confirm clear-to-close, coordinate final walkthrough, upload documents, and archive the file.
